I have been a stitcher, knitter and quilter since my grandmother first taught me to cross-stitch as a little girl. I enjoy working with mixed media and I use paper, cotton, silk, felt and hand-made materials in my work.

Having a short attention span, I tend to make one-off pieces and rarely work in a series. I love both natural form and working with abstract concepts. A lot of my work is about the healing process of metamorphosing negative emotions into beautiful art.
